We are very lucky at this event that, with the support of dealers and visitors, we run at circa 95% inside space capacity.
Quality dealers with some great items atttacts a lot of trade buyers and regulars, some that travel hundreds of miles, which in turn makes more dealers want to be part of the Newmarket family.
Close to 90% of stallholders are regulars and many of them have been exhibiting here for many years!
There are several different areas whereyou could exhibit:
Set over 2 floors, there are almost 200 tables

Situated in the Courtyard, many of our premium item dealers are sutuated here. It has a capacity of 30 tables

Our most sought after outside space – most dealers inherit these space from their parents!!!
- Courtyard – Ouside Undercover
Larger undercover spaces which are ideal in almost all weather conditions
- Grandstand – Undercover
Good size pitches on the way to the casual dealers and near the hot food truck!
- Casual Dealer Area
Turn up on a Sunday morning and claim your pitch – first come first served! Extremely popular in the summer months.

Stall holders who maintain regular pitches must book and pay for stands no later then 8 weeks before the event.
Any space prebooked and not payed for by this time will be released bak into general availability.
All bookings must be paid before access to the grounds is allowed.
